Hisense will continue their partnership with Denny Hamlin for the 2017 season as the primary sponsor at Atlanta Motor Speedway (March 4), Charlotte Motor Speedway (May 27) and Michigan International Speedway (June 17). From the Cockpit:
Erik Jones: “Daytona is a tough place. There’s not a lot as a driver that you can do to make a difference. I tried to study up on drafting as much as I could this year to try to become a better superspeedway racer. We’ll see where it goes, but it should be fun to kick the season back off in our No. 20 Hisense Toyota Camry.”
From the Pit Box:
Chris Gabehart: “It’s been a long off season and everybody is ready to get out of the shop and get back to racing and there are few places more exciting to do it at than Daytona International Speedway! With the new race format and a fresh crop of talent, the NASCAR Xfinity Series should be very exciting and competitive this year. As for Erik and the Hisense Toyota Camry, we plan on starting the season off in style with his first restrictor plate win of his career.”
