From the Driver’s Seat:

Erik Jones: “Being 50 points out, we’re going to have to race all day and hope to not get caught up in anything. We can technically race our way in on points, but that will take a lot of problems for other guys. Our mentality is we have to win to advance to the Playoffs. Sometimes you can’t prevent getting caught up in a wreck, but I hope we are there at the end to challenge for it. We’ve won this race before and I think I know how to win on superspeedways. We had a good shot to win at Talladega early this year. Hopefully we get to the end of the race and have ourselves a shot to win it.”
