No. 20 Stanley Toyota Camry Preview (NCS) – Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway

No. 20 STANLEY Toyota Camry News and Notes:




  • JONES AT ATLANTA MOTOR SPEEDWAY: Erik Jones has three starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Cup Series competition. In those three starts, his best finish is seventh in 2017 and all three starts have resulted in top-15 finishes. Jones has two starts in the Xfinity Series with a best finish of third and in the Truck Series he has one start with a seventh-place finish.

  • JGR AT ATLANTA MOTOR SPEEDWAY: Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) has 107 total starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Cup Series competition. In those starts, the team has earned 11 wins, 34 top-five finishes, 49 top-10 finishes and four pole starting positions. The team has led 2,601 laps, completed 33,450 of 34,681 attempted laps (96.5%) and earned an average start of 15.7 and an average finish of 14.7. Bobby Labonte has six wins for the team followed by Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch each with two wins and Denny Hamlin with one win.

  • THIS WEEK ON THE NO. 20 CAMRY: This weekend STANLEY returns to the No. 20 Toyota Camry for the QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. STANLEY is one of four Stanley Black and Decker brands represented on the No. 20 Camry during the 2020 season.

  • POINTS UPDATE: Jones and the No. 20 Toyota team currently sit 14th in the Cup Series point standings, 142 points out of 1st.

  • BRISTOL RECAP: Jones started the Food City presents Supermarket Heroes 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway from the 15th position and throughout the 500-lap race, the No. 20 Toyota team continually improved on the handling of the STANLEY Camry. Late in the race, Jones was closing in on the No. 4 car for fifth when the No. 4 car had an issue and the two competitors made contact. With damage to the No. 20 Camry, Jones was forced to pit road for repairs. Over the closing laps, Jones was able to advance from 22nd to fifth to secure his second top-five finish of the season.

  • RACE INFO: The Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway is scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2020. Coverage will begin at 3:00 p.m. ET on FOX, Sirius XM Channel 90 and PRN Radio.
