From the Driver’s Seat:
Erik Jones: “Dover has been a decent track for us the last few times we’ve been. We’ve had decent runs and been in the top 10 and the top five a couple of times, so hopefully we can take some of what we’ve learned and make it better. It’s a different package from last year with the low down force coming back and then the double header weekend. I’m looking forward to that. It’s going to a pretty physically demanding weekend. Dover is not an easy track to get around as a driver, so it’s a lot of work, mentally and physically, to get around that place. It’s going to be fun in that way and a challenge, but it’s an opportunity to score a lot of points and get a win. We made it through the Daytona Road Course fine and we’re sitting where we need some points or a win to get in to the Playoffs, so this is a great opportunity before the Daytona oval season ender to get ourselves in position for that race to either be good on points or get ourselves a win and get locked in. I’m excited for it. It should be a good race for us and I’m looking forward to running two races this weekend at Dover.”

From the Driver’s Seat: Erik Jones
Erik Jones: “I’m always excited to go to Bristol. It’s been a great track to me for a lot of years and I’ve been really close to a Cup win there the last few years. Hopefully this is the one where we can put it all together and end up in Victory Lane. We’ve always got really good speed and been fast and always feel like we are in contention for a win, so hopefully we can keep it clean all day and get ourselves in position to have a shot at the win late in the race. Excited to get there, definitely our first short track in a while and I think we’ll have a good shot to go out there and grab a win.”
