Phoenix Raceway in Phoenix, Arizona is home for the NASCAR Cup series this weekend for the fourth race of the season. With the 2020 season still heating up, Erik Jones and the No. 20 team are searching for speed and are looking forward to Sunday's race here at Phoenix. Two practice sessions on Friday allowed time for crew chief Chris Gayle to work with Jones and team to adjust the No. 20 Interstate Batteries Toyota. In both practices they posted a top-1o standing among the field of 37 cars.
On Saturday the team took to the 1.5-mile track for one two-lap qualifying session, posting a 11th quick lap time at 137.106 mph. Tune in Sunday as the NASCAR Cup series race field takes the green flag at 3:30pm ET, broadcast on FOX.
