Talladega Qualifying Report – Erik Jones Starting 18th

Talladega Superspeedway is bringing the heat this weekend with the NASCAR Cup Series competing in the GIECO 500. This is the first race since Phoenix that is allowing fans in the stands during the event. In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 all events prior to the race are cancelled. This includes all practice sessions and qualifying.

Erik Jones in the No. 20 Sport Clips Camry will be starting in the 18th position for Sunday's race. The starting lineup was determined by a random live drawing that was aired on FS1's "Race Hub".
