ENERGY PRODUCTS AND P1 BATTERY ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP WITH NASCAR DRIVER ERIK JONES

Energy Products is excited to announce the launch of a new battery brand, P1 Battery. In conjunction with the new brand, P1 Battery has partnered with NASCAR Cup Series Driver Erik Jones to promote and support the new product line.

P1 Battery is a renaming and consolidation of an already popular and successful line of products offered by Energy Products and presents the opportunity for a unified marketing effort that will increase product awareness and drive consumers to Energy Products’ retail partners. P1 Batteries are available for all forms of transportation, including automotive, commercial, utility, RV, marine, powersport and other starting and deep cycle applications. The P1 Xpedition line of batteries can already be found in over 250,000 RVs in the US as the OEM installed battery.

To promote the new P1 Battery name, Energy Products has teamed up with Erik Jones, NASCAR Cup Series Driver. On the new program launch Jones remarked, “It’s great to partner with a company based in my home state, and they serve customers in many of the same markets we race in across the country. These guys are great. I met their retailers and management team and knew right away they were determined to go hard, be successful and to win. I’m proud to partner with Energy Products and support the launch of their P1 Battery brand.”

P1 Battery will offer multiple promotions in conjunction with Erik Jones throughout the 2023 season for battery dealers and consumers. Details regarding those promotions will be announced after P1 Batteries begin hitting retail store shelves.

“We had the opportunity to interact with Erik at an event last year. Right away, it was clear that he was the right person to team up with to promote our new battery lineup. He is a car guy through and through. Erik’s values, attention to detail and drive to win reflect the P1 Battery brand and we look forward to celebrating many victories with him, both in business and on the track,” stated Brett Smith, President of Energy Products.
